If you frequently have meetings or connect with people from another time zone, and you want to quickly find out the local time of the city they’re in, you can add additional clocks to the taskbar area to see the local time of the other time zone. Windows 11 will only show the current date and time of your time zone which will always be visible on the taskbar. Additional clocks can easily be accessed using the tool-top or fly-out when you click on the date and time displayed on the taskbar. You can only add two additional clocks. How to display multiple time zones in Windows 11
As mentioned above, you can add one additional clock to the Windows taskbar area to find out the local time of another city or country. To do that, use the steps below: Windows 11 has a centralized location for the majority of its settings. From system configurations to creating new users and updating Windows, all can be done from its System Settings pane. To get to System Settings, you can use the Windows key + I shortcut or click on Start ==> Settings as shown in the image below: Alternatively, you can use the search box on the taskbar and search for Settings. Then select to open it. Windows Settings pane should look similar to the image below. In Windows Settings, click Time & language, and select Date & time on the right pane of your screen shown in the image below. On the Date & time settings pane, scroll down and select Additional clocks. On the Additional clocks tab, check the boxes and select the time zone of the cities you want to display in the taskbar area. There’s a name field to type in the name of the city or time zone you can enter. Click OK to save your changes and exit. When you want to view the time of the other clock, simply click on the date and time on the Taskbar. A fly-out of the calendar will appear along with the local time and other time zones. You can also just hover your mouse over the local date and time to display a tooltip of both time zones. That should do it!
